Welcome to The "We the People" Petition!

“Who will govern the governors? There is only one force in the nation that can be depended upon to keep the government pure and the governors honest, and that is the people themselves. They alone, if well informed, are capable of preventing the corruption of power, and of restoring the nation to its rightful course if it should go astray. They alone are the safest depository of the ultimate powers of government."

Thomas Jefferson

After the November 2020 General Election, many Americans learned of significant anomalies related to their votes. The Constitution for the United States of America, followed by individual state Constitutions, represent the authority of this Republic. And they take their authority from “We the People”. Based on the language given to us through these documents, our Liberty and the authority ‘We’ maintain has been negated. But ‘We’ have awakened and remembered a very important truth: Every citizen’s vote is their property.

"Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends [life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness] it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government."

Thomas Jefferson

In order to correct the errors uncovered in the voting data and regain the Blessings of Liberty, the “We the People Petition” takes back our authority. This Petition empowers people to reclaim their “property” – their vote – on the basis that the election was neither free nor open nor equal.

A “free” election is one which is absent interference and/or control. An “equal” election is one in which every citizen, in every county, has equal access to all voting methods and an unobstructed view of election results that are free of substantial errors. With both conditions clearly absent from our elections, this Petition decertifies the 2020 General Election until a Full Forensic and Cyber Forensic Audit is completed in every state in the Union.

To our governors (elected and appointed representatives in every branch and at all levels) your immediate resignation will be accepted if you do not uphold the will and authority of “We the People”. ‘We’ have become aware of multiple candidates willing to fill any vacancies that arise at any level of government, in the event of your resignation. ‘We’ remind you that your approval is not required.

To our military, ‘We’ remind you of your Oaths to both the Constitution of the United States and to each state, subordinate only to the authority of “We the People”. ‘We’ ask you to stand with us, as ‘We’ are standing with you.

To the citizens of America, ‘We’ ask for your courage, your conviction, and your might. You are not alone. The World watches and waits on the idea of Freedom. Let us remind them that Freedom is not just an idea, but an accomplishable goal with tangible results. ‘We’ move as one.

“Government exists for the interests of the governed, not for the governors.”

Thomas Jefferson

"I think myself that we have more machinery of government than is necessary, too many parasites living on the labor of the industrious. Government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have ... The course of history shows that as a government grows, liberty decreases. The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first."

Thomas Jefferson Letter to William Ludlow, September 6, 1824
